As a subscriber to LERPnet2.0, you will be provided with access to the system and to resources dedicated to support your set up and use of the system.
Our Data Share Support Specialists will help get you started with getting your data into the system, help you with your initial system training and will support you in your ongoing use of the application. In addition, our Data Analysts will also be working to help surface patterns and trends to alert you of suspicious events, related incidents and serial activity.

Online Training: We provide scheduled webinars to help with getting you started in reviewing and learning system operation and navigation. In addition, we provide an online training resource with video tutorials and e-learning content to teach and demonstrate system use. Once you become a member with LERPnet, we will provide you with the logon credentials to get into the application as well as access to the training site.
Schedule a Demonstration: We offer a schedule of online demonstrations of the LERPnet system capabilities to retailers and to law enforcement. In addition, we can schedule a private demonstration for retail accounts in order to demonstrate to a corporate team. Data Analyst Support: We have data analysts available to help dig through the LERPnet data and to surface patterns and trends as they emerge and to assist with communication between retailers and with law Enforcement. Law Enforcement Liaison: Our law enforcement liaison is available to work with federal, state and local law enforcement to help you get access into the system and to facilitate communication and partnership with the retail membership. LERPnet Social Media: While LERPnet has an Alert Center built in to the application, we will be adding additional resources to support these alerts and facilitate communication to and between our subscribers on sites like FaceBook and LinkedIn, coming this summer.
